€25,500 Super High Roller is underway at Rozvadov

Event #8: €25,500 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller generated a total of 124 entries, with 49 players surviving the first day. The €2,826,250 current prize pool will likely attract additional players to jump into the mix, taking advantage of the late registration, which closes at the start of Day2.

WSOP bracelet winner, Michael Addamo from Australia is the current chip leader, with a healthy 8,120,000 stack. His bracelet is coming from this summer's The Marathon event, where Addamo walked away with the prestigious gold and the $650,000 prize.

Michael is followed by several well-known names of the high-stakes community. Bioderma founder, Jean-Noel Thorel is the current second with 5,910,000, while Malaysian Short Deck specialist, Ivan Leow is taking third place with 5,050,000.

Other notables to return with massive stacks are: Canadian Timothy Adams (4,775,000), Asian poker room operator, Winfred Yu (4,645,000), Russia's long-time pro, Vladimir Troyanovskiy (4,450,000), one of the two remaining ladies in the field, Kristen Bicknell (3,890,000), Richard Yong (3,750,000), "the Germans" Rainer Kempe (3,590,000), Dominik Nitsche (3,020,000), and Christoph Vogelsang (2,560,000), WSOP Main Event champ, Ryan Riess (2,460,000), one of the biggest winners of live tournament poker, David Peters (2,410,000), Manig Loeser (2,295,000), Spaniard Adrian Mateos (2,275,000), Mustapha Kanit (2,200,000).

Given the long list of top pros in the remaining field, the world-class play is guaranteed for Day2 which starts at 3:00 PM local time at the blind level of 25,000/50,000/50,000.
