4 times SuperNova Elite player "ICANTSNG" receives lifetime ban for multi-accounting

Scott Ricotta, known online as "ICANTSNG"  has made a post on the twoplustwo forums stating he got a lifetime ban for PokerStars for multi-accounting, and that he is going to work with regulators to prove that PokerStars is abusing their powers and that the multi-accounting charges are fake.

According to the first post in the thread, "ICANTSNG" played on another account as well ("WhySoMadFor"), which is a clear violation of the Terms of Service. Ricotta claimed that it was a student of his that played on the account and that PokerStars is abusing their powers.

His cry for sympathy was not well received in the community, plenty of people came forward who had knowledge of Ricotta's past wrongdoings. One poster claimed that Ricotta had blackmailed him in the past, another one claims that Ricotta "ghosted" in one of the tournaments (ghosting is the practice of watching someone play with the access to their hole cards and constantly telling them what to do).

Later on, the owner of the "WhySoMadFor" account joins the thread and claims that she was scammed by Ricotta. The woman tells how she was backing Ricotta, but also letting him play on the "WhySoMadFor" account. Ricotta didn't follow the staking rules and told her that if she ever tells anyone about his multi-accounting, she would never get her money back.

The thread is currently 29 pages long and it's safe to say that whatever Ricotta tried to achieve with his initial post, it backfired horribly and just brought more of his scams to the attention of the public.

PokerStars has used the lifetime ban plenty of times before, and it's extremely rare that they change their stance once the decision has been made (which makes sense, considering their extensive research before banning someone). The last player they banned was High Stakes Limit Hold'em player "Jama-dharma", who was banned after gaining thousands of dollars of equity by not paying his fair shares of buttons over an extended time period, even after being warned by PokerStars.
