Another durrrr-scam?

Tom “durrr” Dwan has been criticized heavily because he’s not willing to finish the challenge he started back in 2010 with Dan “Jungleman” Cates. As it turns out it may not be his only shady business.

Haralabos Voulgaris, a professional poker player and sports bettor appeared on Joe Ingram’s podcast over a year ago, and what was said then just now got Doug “WCGRider” Polk’s attention. Voulgaris told Ingram that a former NVG super hero owes him a 7-figure sum. Allegedly, the unnamed card player offered to place bets with a bookie for Voulgaris, but failed to pay the money won.

Doug Polk has bashed Dwan multiple times because he feels he scammed “Jungleman” Cates with the second durrrr challenge. Now, he has attacked him publicly again: in a video he posted on his YouTube channel last week he speculates that Dwan is Voulgaris’s debtor, although he concedes he cannot say that definitely.

Polk cites this tweet Voulgaris sent Dwan as a piece of evidence.

Dwan did not reply to the tweet, instead he started talking about President Trump in a long series of posts even though he has been inactive on Twitter prior to that.

You can watch Polk’s video on the issue below. For the first seven minutes, he talks about the much-covered durrrr challenge 2, then he moves on the new Dwan-controversy.

In the video Polk also admits that he looked up to Tom Dwan when he started poker, but he feels that he has to speak up agianst him when he does something wrong.
