Biggest-ever tournament in Russia announced

Partypoker's Super High Roller Series will have events with sky-high buy-ins in Sochi.

Partypoker and Casino Sochi announced their upcoming tournament festival, the MILLIONS Super High Roller Series will be running by the Black Sea between March 6 and 15.

Their partnership with PokerCentral will make sure fans from all around the world can follow the high-stakes action live on PokerGO.

"This is a very, very special event," said Casino Sochi Poker Club Manager and poker entrepreneur Artur Voskanyan. "We cannot wait to roll out the red carpet and show players from all the world the VIP treatment at the casino and the beauty of Sochi."

The schedule will include a total of eight events, with buy-ins starting from $25,000. However, for the first time in history, a $250,000 buy-in tournament will also be held in Russian soil!

The $250K SHR will kick off on the 13th of March with the world's leading players at the tables. "Expanding into the Russian market with our tournament Super High Roller Bowl is a great moment for us at Poker Central," said Poker Central president Sam Simmons. "Our team loves bringing poker events and content to players and audiences around the world, and we’re pleased to partner with partypoker in presenting these events to PokerGO."

Several 25K's and 50K's are on the menu, as well as a 100K in addition to the biggest one. See the full schedule below:
