The site started operating in 2016, but has already become the third biggest online poker room on the market, and is still growing rapidly. To celebrate the departure of Negreanu, GGPoker announced a special promotion, the Daniel Challenge which is a $100,000 freeroll, where the lucky players, who manage to make the final table will face Daniel himself.

The site offers four tournaments with two players advancing to the finals from each where they'll be joined by Negreanu to battle for the $100K prize pool.

November 30 - Freeroll - 2 players advance to the Final Table
December 7 - $5 (unlimited re-entry) - 2 players advance to the Final Table
December 14 - $25 (unlimited re-entry) - 2 players advance to the Final Table
December 21 - $100 (unlimited re-entry) - 2 players advance to the Final Table

The final table is set to kick off on December 22, with starting stacks of 50,000 for each player. Even though, GGPoker was already well-known in the online community, with signing Negreanu they suddenly put themselves on the map of every poker player around the world.

It's safe to say their future plans are pretty ambitious, and as poker fans, we can only hail this!
