The biggest poker tournament of the history is about to kick off.

The whole poker world focuses on London now, where the Triton Series is taking place, including the £1,050,000 Triton Million event. The opening event, the £25,000 NLH 6-max turbo will start today at 5 pm local time.

The featured event is set to kick off on Thursday at 1 pm, with 52 confirmed players to join the fun. As it's well-known by now, only recreational players received an invitation to the event, who picked a pro partner from the list of the professionals. The 52 confirmed participants are:

Even though 15% of the prize pool will go to the One Drop Foundation, the remaining prize pool will be big enough to guarantee the biggest first-prize ever in the form of an estimated £17-19 million payday.

The commentators of the tournament are also considered the best in business, with Nick Schulman, Lex Veldhuis, Jeff Gross, Randy 'Nanonoko' Lew, and Lex Veldhuis in the booth. They'll be joined by Pete Latham, Marle Cordeiro, and Liv Boeree as the presenters, who will report from the tables and do the live interviews with players.
