Between 6 and 17 March, the WSOPC Bicycle Casino stop was running with 12 golden ring events and Mike ‘goleafsgoeh’ Leah emerged as casino champion by winning two of them on the very same day. On 14 March, 121 players registered for Event #9 $580 NLHE and accumulated a prize pool of $60,500. The top 15 finishes were in the money and nine players qualified for the final table, including WCOOP and FTOPS champion Leah, by far the most recognized face in the field. Eventually, he bested his opponents, defeating Lucas Fridriksson heads-up for $16,945.

The end results were as follows:

1st: Mike Leah – $16,945
2nd: Lucas Fridriksson – $10,470
3rd: Andy Choz – $7,560

7th: Steve Chanthabouasy – $2,440
8th: Brian Gorman – $1,915
9th: Charles Moore – $1,530

In the afternoon the same day, Event #11 $365 NLHE Turbo kicked off with 198 entrants and a prize pool of $59,400. The top 21 finished paid and the final nine included the likes of $5,000 Deep Stack Extravaganza 2012 winner Tim West. West eventually finishing 4th, victory was once again Leah’s, Caufman Talley ending up second.

The end results were as follows:

1st: Mike Leah – $15,440
2nd: Caufman Talley – $9,540
3rd: Richard Green – $6,890

7th: Sirous Baghchehsaraie – $2,220
8th: Thomas Sica – $1,740
9th: Nader Arfai – $1,390

Due to his incredible performance, Leah finished on the top of the Casino Champion leaderboard, not unlike the winner of the previous stop, Daniel Heredi, who had also won two rings to take down the title. Both of them are invited to the WSOP National Championship.
