European Poker Tour statistics from the first 99 events

The 100th EPT in Barcelona is starting in less than 2 weeks, so let's take a look at the most accomplished players and the biggest winners of the first 99 events!

The player with the most cashes in EPT Main Events is Luca Pagano with 20 in the money finishes, followed by EPT veteran Johnny Lodden (17), Alexander Kravchenko, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (15 cashes each) and Roberto Romanello (13).

Pagano also tops the Most Top Ten Finishes list, going deep a staggering 7 times! He is followed by Mike McDonald, Martin Jacobson, Johannes Strassman (5 each) with Steve O'Dwyer rounding out the top 5 with 4 top 10s. Trond Eisvig reached the final table three times in one year in Season 4, coming 5th, 4th and 8th in different events.

The winningest country is the Great Britain, they have scooped up 16 titles, leading the USA (14) and Germany (11).

The three biggest winners each took home more than €2 million:

Pieter de Korver, Season 5, Monte Carlo, €2.3 million, Poorya Nazari, Season 5, Bahamas €2.27 million, and Glen Chorny, Season 4, Monte Carlo, €2.02 million.

The biggest winners in EPT history are Mike McDonald ($3.3 million), Glen Chorny ($3.3 million), and Pieter de Korver ($3 million)

The total prizepool of the EPT Main Events was $357 million and a total of 60,450 players competed in the events.

The only two-time champion is Victoria Coren-Mitchell, who won EPT London in Season 3 and EPT San Remo in Season 10.
