Isildur1 biggest winner, Phil Ivey biggest loser in February at the online high stakes tables

Viktor "Isildur1" Blom ended up as the biggest winner at the high stakes cash game tables in February, he won $704.612 at Full Tilt and PokerStars. The biggest loser of the month was Phil "Polarizing" Ivey who dropped $1.120.354 last month at the 8-game and Draw tables.

Viktor "Isildur1" Blom started off the year by losing $1.2 million in January on Full Tilt (-$773.821) and PokerStars (-$400,000), but managed to bounce back in February, winning $408.463 (19.798 hands) on Full Tilt and $296.149 (4.350 hands) on PokerStars for total profits of $704.612.

The other big winner of the month was JayP-AA who won $527.079 in 15.950 hands, he exclusively played at the PLO tables, much like the third place finisher on the list, Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies. Sahamies plays on PokerStars under the nickname "Ilari FIN" and won $406.780 (12.149 hands) in February. He is currently the leader of the yearly leaderboard aswell with $1.004.898 in profits (26.578 hands).

The biggest loser of the month was Phil "Polarizing" Ivey, who lost $1.12 million in 10.306 hands. Ivey lost most of his money at the 8-game tables (-$888,458 in 4.241 hands) but he also lost plenty at the Draw games (-$399.749, 6.166 hands). Ivey also lost $167.853 in January, which currently makes him the biggest loser of the year with $1.288.207 in losses (10.407 hands).

Ivey has been on a massive downswing ever since he returned to the online tables, he has lost more than $6.5 million since the FTP relaunch.

The biggest won pot of the month went to Patriktortonius and happened in the $300/$600 NLHE rounds at the 8-game mix tables. Isildur1 raised to $1,800, Patriktortonius re-raised to $4.800 and Isildur1 called. On a flop of 2-3-4 Patriktortonius bet $6,000, Isildur1 raised to $15.600 and Patriktortonius called. Both players checked the 5 on the turn and Patriktortonius checked the 3 on the river aswell. Isildur1 shoved for $204.393 and Patriktortonius called all-in for $68.357. Isildur1 showed A-5 for the flopped nuts but Patriktortonius had K-6 for a turned higher straight and scooped the $177.515 pot.
