Super High Roller Bowl 2015 - Meet the players, Part 4

In todays article we will intoduce cash game wizard Isaac Haxton, tournament crushers Jake Schindler, Jason Koon and Jason Les, as well as old-school pro JC Tran.

Isaac Haxton: Isaac Haxton is an overall crusher, he has great results at the online high-stakes cash game tables as well as in live tournaments. According to HighstakesDB, he is up more than $2.7 million in online cash games and according to the Hendon Mob he has accumulated almost $9.5 million in live tournament earnings. He has three seven-figure scores, including a second place finish in the A$250,000 Challenge at the Aussie Millions for $2.5 million, a fifth place finish in the HK$1,000,000 GuanDong Asia Millions for $1.3 million and a runner-up finish in the $40,000 No Limit Hold'em event at the 2009 WSOP. Haxton has been a member of the Team PokerStars Online since October 2012.

Jake Schindler: Jake Schindler has live tournament cashes going back to 2009, but his first realy big score came in 2014, when he shipped the $25,500 PCA High Roller for $1.19 million. Ever since that score Schindler has been on a tear, he had 6 six-figure scores in 2014 including a win at the $100,000 Super High Roller at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open for $570,000 and a third place finish in a $3,000 No Limit Hold'em event at the World Series of Poker for $212,000. Schindler is considered by many to be the next big star in tournament poker and with $3.7 million in live tournament earnings, it would not be surprising to see him become one.

Jason Koon: Jason Koon is on a roll in 2015, he has won $111,000 in the Super Tuesday on PokerStars and followed it up with a win in the $50,000 Turbo High Roller at the L.A. Poker Classic just a week later. Koon makes videos for the coaching site Run It Once and has accumulated more than $3.3 million in live tournament earnings and $3.8 million in online cashes. Both his online and live results list is filled with deep runs and big scores, including 12 six-figure scores in the live circuit and wins in the Super Tuesday, Sunday Warm-Up, Sunday 500, Sunday Mulligan, Bigger 162, $1k Monday as well as a runner up-finish in an FTOPS event and The Sunday Brawl.

Jason Les: Jason Les is relatively new to live tournaments, he is an online high-stakes heads-up cash game specialist who started playing the High Roller tournaments in 2014. He didn't have to wait long for a big score, he finished fifth in the WPT $100,000 Alpha8 Las Vegas in December 2014 for $431,640. Jason has a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, he spends half his time in California and the other half in Canada, grinding online poker.

JC Tran: JC Tran is an oldschool grinder, he has live tournament cashes dating back to 2003, and he has accumulated over $12 million in live tournament earnings over his career, which is good for 15th place on the all time money list. Tran is one of the most accomplished tournament players ever with two WSOP bracelets, 11 WSOP final tables, two World Poker Tour titles (and 6 final tables) and a World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) Main Event title. The biggest score of his career was a fifth place finish in the 2013 WSOP Main Event, for which he received $2.1 million.
