Chris Moorman wins 26th Triple Crown

He beat his own record winning three online tournaments between October 26th-31st and now has a whopping $14.4 million in online winnings as well as more than $5 million in live earnings.

For those of you unfamiliar with the concepti of "Triple Crown" here is a short explanation. This is a title in the world of online poker any player can get if they manage to win three online tournaments within a seven day period. The tournaments must have at least $10,000 in prize pool, at least 100 entrants and can't be a freeroll or satellite.

Before Moorman captured his last title he had already been crowned as the king of online MTTs as he was already in the first place on the list. He now has a commanding lead against Chilean Nicolas "PokerKaiser" Fierreo who has 21 Triple Crowns. The third place on the podium is taken by Hungarian pro Peter "Belabacsi" Traply with 11 titles.

Chris set the record by winning the Uppercut War-Up $20k Guaranteed for $8,060 on PartyPoker, the $109 Fast Friday Edition for $4,163 on Pokerstars and the $10k Monsoon for $2,591 on 888Poker. He also managed to make two second and two third place finish along the way.
