Triton High Roller Series Jeju kicked off

Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, and Fedor Holz have already confirmed their attendance, amongst other high-stakes pros.

"These guys don't play around. They put on big events, big tournaments and they treat players well."

The cards are in the air at one of the biggest high-roller festivals. The Triton High Roller Series - founded by Macau-based high-rollers and businessmen, Paul Phua and Richard Yong - has quickly become the most popular events with the never-before-seen stakes.

When wealthy gamblers and high-stakes pros meet, the crazy action is granted. We've witnessed the biggest cash game pot going down at the Triton SHR in Montenegro a few months ago and that's exactly what we can expect from this stop as well. Short-deck and regular No-Limit Hold'em tournaments are also on the menu, with buy-ins ranging between HKD 100,000 ($13,000) and HKD 2,000,000 (USD 255,000).

Partypoker Ambassador, Jason Koon was heavily involved in the last festival, winning an HKD$1,000,000 Short-deck event for $3.5 million and a $2 million+ cash game pot in Budva. It's no surprise to see him being excited about the South-Korean edition of the series':

"I have been good buddies with Paul (Phua) and Richard (Yong) for quite some time and love what they're doing," said Jason. "These guys don't play around. They put on big events, big tournaments and they treat players well. I am excited to go to Jeju. Bianca and I intend to get over there, do some leisure things, and win a couple of tournaments."
