Durrrr and Trueteller fire 5 bullets at the Triton Super High Roller Series

The two high-stakes legends spent $637,000 each for the #5 Short Deck Ante-Only 1M HKD event, but none of them made the money. In the meantime, Jason Koon closed out the event.

The stakes are sky-high in Jeju, South Korea, and the best players are naturally there, battling it out for the seven-figure prizes. The latest event, the #5 Short Deck Ante-Only 1M HKD saw several of them firing multiple bullets with Tom "Durrrr" Dwan and Timofey "Trueteller" Kuznetsov reaching the deepest into their pockets, each re-entering four times after their first bust out.

Each of them spent a staggering total of $637,000 on the buy-ins but unfortunately for the two legends, they didn't manage to hang in for too long, busting before the money all five times. Other then them, there were several high-rollers who bought in multiple times, with the likes of Gabe Patgorski, Arnaud Romain or Mikita "fish2013" Badziakouski.

Unlike these guys, Jason Koon made a huge profit, after taking down the tournament with only one bullet for HKD 22,300,000 ($2,840,782.43). Jason beat, founder of the series Paul Phua heads-up. Paul received HKD 15,900,000 ($2,025,490.61) for finishing as the runner-up.

Unlike many others, Gabe Patgorski made good use of his 4th buy-in as he finished in 5th place for HKD 6,100,000 ($777,075.01).
