Of course - Jaime Staples joins Partypoker Team Online

The Twitch super-star is the latest member of the rapidly growing Team Online.

It wasn't too long ago when we discussed the breakup between PokerStars and their most popular poker streamers, and what only was speculation back then is now a reality as Partypoker announced Jamie Staples joining their recently formed group of Twitch streamers, the Team Online.

The team is consisted by the biggest names of the poker streaming community, with the likes of the other Staples, Matt, Hristivoje “ALLinPav” Pavlovic, Travis “dramaticdegen” Darroch, Patrick “XxXMLGPROXxX” Tardif , Alan "hotted89" Widmann, Ryan “RSchoonbaert” Schoonbaert, Courtney "courtiebee" Gee , Steven "DWstevie" Kok, Monika HeyMonia” Zukowicz and Jeff Gross.

Jaime and his brother have been amongst the most popular poker-streamers even before famously winning the $150,000 weight loss challenge against hedge fund manager, high-stakes poker player and founder of the "Thirst Lounge", Bill Perkins but their high-profile challenge gave them even more publicity.

Jaime has over 120,000 followers on Twitch making him one of the most popular poker players on the channel. He also has a 45,100-follower strong Instagram page as well as a Twitter account with 32,000 followers.

As Partypoker recently announced, their Team Online is the part of a "wider company strategy earmarked for the following weeks and months with the focus on streaming quality, engaging content across PartyPoker's main Twitch channel."

They also promised a high-stakes cash game with household names battling on the site's cash game tables, while streaming live. In addition to this, members of Team Partypoker including Fedor Holz, Patrick Leonard or Ludovic Geilich will also host streaming sessions on Twitch in the upcoming future.
