If there is a place in the world that uses all the opportunities it gets, it would have to be Las Vegas. One thing that everyone surely knows about this city is that it is situated in the middle of the Nevada Desert and plays home to some of the world’s best casinos. Its isolation by the desert doesn’t mean it’s a city that is forgotten, being one of the most popular tourist attractions.

Bringing in millions of dollars from tourists each year, a new organization seeks to make the most of this by transporting tourists to the gallows of Las Vegas (home for the gambling yankees) in their new luxury train. The only difference between this and other schemes is that they’re trying to rob your wallets before you even make it to your destination.

The new luxury train dubbed the ’X Train’ seeks to make it easier for people from Los Angeles to travel to Las Vegas from this summer. According to statistics, 12 million people from LA visit the glitter strip of Las Vegas by car every year. The distance between the two cities is 370 air kilometers and the train rougly takes around five and a half hours to reach its destination. In the case of the X Train, it is really not the speed that makes it special, more the activities it has on board. Because this train is a luxury train, the interior is decked out and also holds within it a casino, so you can have a few punts before you get to Vegas, but make sure you don’t lose everything before you even get there!

Ticket prices on the luxury train have yet to be announced, but should not be too high, considering they want you to spend your money in the train. One thing that has caught the attention of the press is, that one of the carriages on the X Train is a direct copy of a carriage from the South African Blue Train (famous luxury train):
