The €10,300 Main Event generated a total of 1,175 entries but only 329 of them made it to Day 2. Mortensen is followed closely by Sergey Lebedev, from Russia who sits on 11,350,000 while the third place is occupied by a real heavyweight, Philipp Gruissem, who accumulated 10,970,000. The total prize pool is €11,397,500 with €1.7 million going for the winner but two additional players will also walk away with a seven-figure score, as the runner-up will receive €1.3 million while third-place finisher €1 million. The top 143 spot is paid, they'll all receive at least €25,000.
