The chipleader was Giuseppe Pantaleo at the 8-handed final table of the EPT Barcelona €5,300 Main Event but the favourite was WSOP champion Konstantin Puchkov.

A couple of hands later, Georgios Skotadis’ Ts were ruined by Thor Stang’s pocket jacks, sending him to the rail in seventh place. Lundmark then eliminated Stang, Pantaleo, Shander De Vries and Puchkov, too, leaving Lizano left for heads-up.

Constantly increasing his lead, Lundmark went all-in in the end with A
Q, which Lizano called with K J. The board fell 9 9 7 5 A; with two pairs, Lundmark won the €825,000 first prize as well as his first live event title ever.
