The new 24/7 poker TV channel, Poker Central has announced that they are launching a Poker Central Live stream on Twitch with one of the most accomplished female players in todays game, Maria Ho.
We have previously reported about Poker Central, a new TV channel that will stream 24/7 poker content from October 1, the new channel has already organized several promising events before the launch including the Super High Roller Cash Game on Twitch.
Twitch will continue to play an important role at Poker Central, they have announced the launch of Poker Central Live with host Maria Ho.
''I'm proud to be a part of Poker Central's efforts to bring a new level of poker broadcast to the public through several platforms. I'm looking forward to the launch, I'm excited to get into live contact with the poker fans from around the globe.''
Maria Ho already has TV experience, she works as a commentator for the Heartland Poker Tour and has participated in ''The Amazing Race'' TV series aswell.
She is one of the most successful female players on the circuit with more than $1,7 million in live tournament winnings. Her best result came in 2011 for a runner-up finish in the WSOP $5,000 NLHE event for $540,020.
Despite her TV obligations, she is still active on the live tournament circuit, she has 9 cashes (including two WSOP events and the EPT Grand Final) this year.
Clint Stinchcomb, the director of Poker Central was very excited to bring the young star on the channel:

Poker Central will only debut on October 1 but Poker Central Live will launch in September, the exact date is not public yet.
