Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood is an online MTT beast with over $3.5 million in cashes including seven $100,000+ scores. Greenwood is a coach at the training site RunItOnce and managed to transfer his online success over to the live arena, winning Event #22 $1,000 No Limit Hold'em for $318,977.
Day 3 of Event #22 $1,000 No Limit Hold'em started with 22 players and the chip lead of Jay Dragland. Nacho Barbero was eliminated in 18th place ($11.495), Stephen Chidwick finished in 14th ($14.391), the biggest name at the final table was Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood.

The first player to be eliminated was Edington. During Level 25 (12,000/24,000-4,000 ante) he opened to 80,000 from the cutoff then called all-in with A-K after Rice shoved from the big blind with 9-9.
Edgington received no help from the board and was eliminated in 10th place and he was soon followed by Dragland who lost a preflop all-in with 9-9 against Jackson's T-T.
The next eliminations were Hsu, Belardo, Rico, Myung and Dorrance.

On Level 29 (30,000/60,000-10,000 ante) Jackson opened to 120,000, Greenwood 3bet to 400,000 then called after Weinstein cold4bet all-in with K-Q.
Greenwood had A-A and easily held up on the 7-T-2-4-J board.

At the beginning of heads-up play Jackson managed to take over the lead, building his stack to 6.300.000 but Greenwood soon doubled up in a coinflip.
On Level 30 (40,000/80,000-10,000 ante) Jackson opened to 160,000 and Greenwood called. On a flop of 2-6-6 with two hearts Greenwood check/raised to 400,000 after Jackson bet 150,000 and Jackson called. The turn was an offsuit 5, Greenwood bet 575,000, Jackson shoved all-in and Greenwood called.
Jackson had A-T for Ace high and was drawing dead, the Queen on the river made no difference.
