Actor James Woods final tables $3,000 No Limit Hold'em Shootout event

Celebrity sightings are not uncommon at poker tournaments, plenty of sport stars and famous movie/TV personalities have made deep runs at the WSOP in the past years. This year is no exception, actor James Woods reached the final table of Event #4 $3,000 No Limit Hold'em Shootout, where faced players like Loni Harwood, Andreas Hoivold, Nick Petrangelo and David "dpeters" Peters.

James Woods has been a regular on the poker circuit for a while now and to reach the final table of Event #4 $3,000 No Limit Hold'em Shootout, he had to defeat one of the best NLHE Heads-up players in the world, Doug "WCGRider" Polk. The two players battled viciously for hours, in the end, Woods was able to eliminate Polk with A-T against A-5, reaching the first WSOP final table of his career.
