As we have previously reported, the final table of the Aussie Millions $100,000 Challenge was reached on January 26, but the final table was put on hold until the Main Event ended to give every player a shot to make a deep run at the Main Event aswell.

The finale started on January 31 with an incredible lineup.

Alex Trevallion, who won the A$25,000 High Roller earlier last week was the first one to bust, he shoved with T-8, Yong called with A-7 and held to send the young Australian talent packing.

Yong busted Stern not much later when the latter shoved his short stack over Yongs raise. Yong called with 9-7 which made a pair against Sterns A-K on the T-J-6-2-9 board.

Schemion then busted two players, his 4-4 held up against Erik Seidel's A-T and his K-T hit a straight against Jason Mos A-7 on the 6-Q-J-A-K board.

Justin Bonom busted in fourth after his A-Q couldn't hold up against Seiver's K-9. The players went on dinner break with the following chipcounts.

Richard Yong - 2.660.000
Scott Seiver - 2.535.000
Ole Schemion - 1.805.000

During Level 22 (40,000/80,000-10,000 ante) Schemion raised the button, Seiver shoved from the small blind and Yong reshoved from the big blind. Schemion got out of the way, Seiver showed 7-7 which was dominated by Yong's J-J and the board ran out clean.

Richard Yong - 4.915.000
Ole Schemion - 2.085.000

Yong won a big pot at the beginning of the heads-up with top pair, but Schemion managed to double up several times to increase his stack to 5.700.000.

Yong was all-in and at risk with A-7 against A-J, but managed to make a straight on the 5-8-K-9-6 board.

On Level 23 (50,000-100,000-10,000 ante) Yong limped on the button and Schemion checked. On the board of 7-6-2 with two hearts, Schemion checked, Yong bet 150,000 and called when Schemion check/raised all-in for 1.500,000.

Yong showed J-T of diamonds while Schemion had 9-8. The turn and river came a 6 and a 4 and Yong's Jack high held up. With that he claimed the A$1.870.000 first prize, which is the biggest score of his career.
