EPT 11 Grand Final - Andrey Andreev leads €25,500 High Roller with 12 remaining

The EPT Grand Final is slowly coming to an end, with just 6 players remaining in the Main Event and 12 players left in the €25,000 High Roller. A total of 215 entries (162 unique players and 53 re-entries) registered for the event, creating a prize pool of €5.267.500, with a €1.114 million first place prize. The chip leader coming into the final day is Andrey Andreev, but 2014 WSOP Main Event champion Martin Jacobson, Steve O'Dwyer, Max Altergott and Dan Smith are all still in.

The day started off quick with a lot of big names eliminated early on, including Daniel Colman, Mustapha Kanit, Erik Seidel, Faraz Jaka, Mike ''time'' McDonald, Philipp Gruissem, Bertrand ''ElkY'' Grospellier, Liv Boeree and Daniel Negreanu.

Piotr Franczak bubbled the event after bubbling the €100,000 Super High Roller earlier this week, and the elimination of big names continued after the bubble aswell. Christoph Vogelsang, Sorel Mizzi, Igor Kurganov, Scott Seiver were all busted.

Seiver become the first player ever to cash in three high roller tournaments at an EPT stop, he finished in 8th place in the €100,000 Super High Roller (€261,800), 9th in the €50,000 Super High Roller (€92,860) and 20th in the €25,500 High Roller (€62,100).

Seiver got the last of his chips in with K-9 but couldn't outdraw Andrey Andreev's T-T.

The final eliminations of the day were Isaac Haxton, Tony Gregg and Ramin Hajivey.

Today the tournament plays down to the winner, who will receive €1.114.000.
