High Stakes 2015 - Isildur1 biggest winner of the year

Viktor ''Isildur1'' Blom finished as the biggest winner of the year with a profit $2.1 million and he also took down the biggest pot of the year. On the other end of the leaderboard was Phil Ivey, who lost $3.7 million in 2015. Check out the 2015 Profit/Loss list categorized by game format below!

The young Swede played a total of 318,405 hands in 2015 for a profit of $2,130,283, but his total profits could be higher, as Highstakes DB doesn't track the Microgaming network, were he was rumored to have had a very good year aswell.

His strongest game was 8-Game mix, he won $624,376 on PS (51,481 hands) and $621,244 on Full Tilt (16,513 hands) in this format.

Ben ''Sauce123'' Sulsky finished as the second biggest winner of the year, he won $1,143,388 in 99,716 hands.

The top 3 was rounded out with bbvisbadforme, who took home $965,770 in 7,863 hands.

The biggest loser of the year was Phil Ivey, who dropped $2,481,266 in 126,026 hands on PS under his RaiseOnce nickname and $1,250,806 in 32,737 hands as ''Polarizing'' on Full Tilt.

According to the news, Ivey has been busy with the Macau and Manila high stakes games this year so it's no wonder that the online specialists took $3,732,072 from him in total in 2015.

The biggest pot of the year was played between Isildur1 and WithColor at the $200/$400 PLO tables. WithColor raised to $1,360 and called Isildur1's 3bet of $4,240.

The flop came down 8-7-3 with two clubs, Isildur1 continued for $5,200 and WithColor raised to $15,800. Isildur1 came over the top for $61,238 then called all-in for $178,708 when WithColor shoved.

WithColor showed 8-7-7-K for middle set, unfortunately for him Isildur1 had him crushed with J-9-8-8 for top set. WithColor had two spades for a backdoor flush draw but he came up shortand Isildur1 scooped the $381,617 pot.

Isildur1 was truly the king of the high stakes games in 2015, but his tracked lifetime scores are still not the prettiest despite being a $2 million winner on PokerStars, he is down $4,7 million on Full Tilt.

Isildur1 is still considered to be one of the biggest online winners of all time due to all his winnings from the untracked Euro sites and few players can boast that they have played more than 2 million hands (944,094 on PS and $1,218,784 on Full Tilt) at the highest stakes possible.
