Phil Ivey biggest winner in November with $900,000 in profits

As we have reported, the high stakes game dried up significantly after two of the three biggest losers of the year, Gus Hansen and Viktor ''Isildur1'' Blom, disappeared from the Full Tilt high stakes tables after their sponsorship deal ended. From the middle of November, it was Phil ''Polarizing'' Ivey who created most of the action at the tables, winning $900,000.

The 10-time WSOP winner only played short sessions before November, he played 67,024 hands, and he lost more than $2.5 million, which made him the second biggest loser of the year behind Gus Hansen (-$5,5 million).

At the beginning of November Ivey started to play more and more, and has played almost 18,000 hands this month. The most of the action happened on the 8-game mix tables, where Ivey won $618,113 in 11.637 hands. He also won $354,125 in Omaha Hi/Lo, and even after losing a little in NLHE, he is still closing in on the million dollar mark.

Another interesting name on the monthly profit list is Luke ''_FullFlush1_'' Schwartz. The British player who is infamous for his trash talking has barely played on Full Tilt ever since Black Friday. He only played 1,225 hands in November but this was enough for him to win $108,011.
