Shark Cage 2 qualifiers now running!

PokerStars has announced that they are now running online qualifiers to the second season of their popular TV show, Shark Cage. The winner of the season will once again receive $1,000,000, the online satellites will run between February 16 - March 1.

While the PokerStars Shark Cage received a lot of criticisim from professional players, the first season was a big success according to the creators of the show. They wanted to create a show which is interesting for recreational players and according to the feedback and statistics, this was accomplished.

PokerStars will soon launch Season 2 of the show, the lineup once again mostly consists of well-known professionals but between February 16 - March 1, every player has the chance to qualify online in special satellites. Players who successfully qualify through the satellites have to create a two-minute introduction video where they have to convince the creators that they would be interesting on TV.

Players can only participate in the satellites with tickets, to claim the tickets all you have to do is deposit at least $30 on PokerStars using the "SHARKEPT" bonus code, and you will receive 10 tickets to the $1,000 added satellites.

Players who win an entry to the Shark Cage can travel to the EPT Grand Final where the show will be shot and stay in a five-star hotel.
