The Super High Roller, won by Phil Ivey, marked the end of the Aussie Millions 2014 festival. However, a couple of players stayed at the Crown casino, engaging in high profile NLHE cash game action on the $1,000/$2,000 limits with a minimum buy-in of $250,000. Among others, the likes of Haxton, Polk, Dwan, Ivey, Antonius, Richard Yong and Paul Newey participated.

Polk, going under the name of ‘WCGRider’ online, tweeted on his losses as follows: “Lost 315k, lost a 700k pot trying to bluff antonious.”

After the session was over, Polk travelled to Tokio where he spends some time with his friends, including Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy. Although no details of the cash game session have surfaced, the PokerStars cameras were allegedly rolling, which means a recap might soon become available online.
