In January, Full Tilt Poker started to introduce its casino games on certain markets. First, it experimentally launched its blackjack and roulette offerings, before contracting a more experienced developer, Leander Games, to provide titles for the Rational Group skin. Following the agreement, the Full Tilt Casino portfolio expanded further with popular games like Megadeth, Ali Baba or Queen of Thrones. The introduction of casino games in the poker client has first been tested on selected markets, including the United Kingdom.

Based on the results, Rational Group has decided to add the feature to the .com and .eu clients, in addition to venturing into further development: in early May, Full Tilt Poker signed an agreement with one of the most respected and largest casino game developer companies, Net Entertainment (NetEnt). The top priority task of the Scandinavian brand is to deliver the Full Tilt Casino content to the mobile platforms.

The company expects the new feature to attract more recreational players to the online poker tables. To this end, the addition of a sports betting offer is also considered and Full Tilt has already signed former Betfair director Sam Hobcraft to oversee the project.

Rational Group announced in January that, of the two of its online poker rooms, market leader PokerStars is to exclusively remain a poker client, while extra features will be introduced to Full Tilt Poker, which will be renamed accordingly to Full Tilt Gaming.

Full Tilt is currently occupying the 5th position on the online poker cash game traffic list on the .com market, although it is waging an increasingly desperate battle with its close competitors PartyPoker, iPoker and Bodog.
