The DeepStack Tour is very popular amongst players, after a very successful Ireland, France, Belgium, and Portugal stop, the tour takes place in Austria from 14 to 17 October at the famous Montesino Card Casino in Vienna.

The buy-in is low compared to other European tours such as the EPT and Unibet Open, only $550. But don't let the buy-in fool you, this is not a poorly organized tournament, the structure of the game is outstanding, players get 50,000 chips and the blinds, hence the DeepStack name. If you are curious why did Chilipoker start such a tour, here's the statement of Alexandre Dreyfus, CEO of Chilipoker:

"Currently the structure of most tournaments fails to give players the ability to develop a real game strategy. Many players are quickly eliminated out of a tournament, normally due to bad luck but also often as a result of bad setups. Thanks to deepstack tournaments, we give the best poker players the chance to play their A-game with the time to develop a good strategy."

The hosts expect about 600 players to participate in the tournament, it might be a very good reason for you to travel to Europe and participate in this great tour, or just go and watch some live poker.
