Online multi-table tournament world list leader Chris ‘moorman1’ Moorman booked the 19th Triple Crown in his career on 17 November. The British ace by far tops the list of the most frequent winners with his latest achievement, leading ahead of ‘Belabacsi’ and his 11 titles.

Moorman won the first of the three required victories on 11 November in the Bwin $10,000 GTD Speed event for $2,860. On 16 November, he took down the EuroPoker $93 NLHE tournament for $4,278 and, a day later, the Winamax HIGHROLLER for $18,353. Booking his seventh title this year, Moorman broke his own record, which he set up back in 2009.

Moorman offered 5% of his Sunday winnings to benefit the victims of the typhoon in the Philippines. PokerStars doubled the $1,250 that was raised, for a total of $2,500 going for charity.

How the Triple Crown is earned:

  • A player must win three multi-table tournaments, each of which start within the same seven day period across three of any of the sites we track for P5er cashes.
  • Each tournament must have a prize pool of at least $10K.
  • Each tournament must have at least 100 players.
  • Satellite tournaments do not count.
  • Wins must be verified by the PocketFives.com staff from data collected from the sites themselves.
