WPT Alpha8 Florida - Noah Schwartz wins smallest tournament ever for $585,000

Noah Schwartz made the biggest score of his career by winning the WPT Alpha8 Florida on January 18th for $585,000. With this he most likely will be the biggest 6-max Sit & Go winner in 2015, since besides Schwartz, only five other players, Byron Kaverman, Jason Mercier, Jake Schindler, Bryn Kenney and Dan Colman registered for the event.

PCA 2015 - Ilkin Garibli wins his first ever tournament, the €25,000 High Roller for $1.1 million

Ilkin Garibli went to the Bahamas for vacation but ended up registering to his first ever tournament, the PCA $25,000 High Roler, which turned out to be a great decision as the young player from Azerbaijan won the $1.105.040 first prize after defeating a tough final table that included Faraz Jaka, Scott Seiver, Lee Markholt and Joe Kuether.

PCA 2015 - Kevin Schulz wins Main Event for $1.491.580

The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event culminated in a 6-handed finale yesterday, in the end it was American Kevin Schulz who won the $1.49 million first prize and the title, defeating players like WSOP champ Chance Kornuth and online tournament pro Diego "Die Ventura" Ventura.

Aussie Millions 2015 starts today!

Today the first side event kicks off at the Aussie Millions, in total there will be 21 events throughout the series, the $10,600 Main Events runs between January 25 - February 1, you can check out the full schedule below.

PCA 2015 - 24 left in Main Event, Ronaldo out in 26th

57 players started Day 4 of the PCA Main Event, including Brazilian football legend Ronaldo who was in 18th place of the chipcount. By the end of the day there were 24 players left and the remaining field is very tough with Pratyush Buddiga, Shyam Srinivasan, Dylan Linde and Noah Schwartz still in contest for the $1,491,580 first prize.

The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event started on Thursday and in the two starting days a total of 507 players advanced to Day 2. The chipleader is Dietrich Fast, but Daniel Negreanu, Stephen Chidwick, Bertrand ''ElkY'' Grospellier are also still in the hunt for the title.

PCA 2015 - Steve O'Dwyer wins Super High Roller for $1.87 million

Steve O'Dwyer won the 2014 Asia Championship of Poker Super High Roller just two months ago but has managed to claim another Super High Roller title in yesterday's $100,000 buy-in at the PCA, defeating a stacked final table that included players like Scott Seiver, Bryn Kenney and Sorel Mizzi.
