102 players returned for Day 4 of the EPT Barcelona Main Event, but after 12 hours of play, only 25 players remained in hunt for the title, and leading them is Bram Haenraets, who is playing in his first ever live tournament.

 As a part of celebrating the 100th stop of the European Poker Tour, PokerStars has been on a quest to determine the best EPT moments from the first 10 seasons of the tour. The choices have been narrowed down to 8 moments, all of which you can check out here.

 The EPT Barcelona Main Event is starting to heat up, with players reaching the money yesterday, and only 102 players remaining. The chipleader is Andrei Konopelko with 1.4 million chips, but big names like Davidi Kitai and Jan Heitmann are also in the top 10.

 Olivier Busquet, winner of EPT Super High Roller was wearing a "Save Gaza" t-shirt, while Daniel Colman, the runner-up was wearing a "Free Palestine" t-shirt, which caused a lot of controversy and resulted in PokerStars changing the rules for future tournaments regarding political statements.

Dan Cates accused high stakes PLO player Noah "Exclusive" Boeken of multiaccounting, Gus Hansen is the biggest winner of the week at the high stakes tables so far, while Chun Lei "samrostan" Zhou keeps losing, he is down more than $6 million this year.

Chris "Moorman1" Moorman is a poker legend, he was the first player to ever reach $10 million in online tournament winnings, and he is also an all time leader in the Triple Crown rankings. Last week, he earned his 22nd title by winning the final tournament that was eligible for a TC title.

Olivier Busquet defeated his former student, Daniel Colman in heads-up play to win the EPT Barcelona €50,000 Super High Roller and €900,000

 The Main Event of the Estrellas Poker Tour set the record of being the biggest poker tournament ever to be organized outside of the USA, and the €50,000 Super High Roller is also the biggest SHR held in Barcelona.

 The master of trash talks, Tony G has pretty much left behind the poker world in the last few years, he mostly concentrates on his Tonybet Poker OFC site and on his path in politics. Recently he married his girlfriend, Lithuanian model Aisté Slapokaite.

The 100th EPT stop in the tour's existence is Barcelona, where it all started back in 2004. PokerStars has been heavily promoting the Barcelona Poker Festival, which is the local Estrellas Poker Tour paired up with European Poker Tour Barcelona, for the past couple of months, and their efforts seemed to have paid off.

The Big One for One Drop has found great success in mainstream media, the videos of the brutal elimination of Connor Drinan and Scott Seiver's bluff at the final table both quickly became huge hits on the internet, but nothing can top the reaction media outlets and poker enthusiasts had regarding Daniel Colman's reaction to winning $15 million. 

 As we have previously reported, Humberto Brenes, one of the most well-known live players in Latin America, parted with PokerStars after his contract was not renewed. Angel Guillen has departed at the end of June, and recently Nacho Barbero was also dropped from the team. Ultimate Poker has also decided to end things with about half of their Pro Team.

Pokerstars is running a promotion between August 12 - September 4 with a total of $500,000 in prizes, and all you have to do to participate is to complete some simple daily "Challenges".
